Welcome to Baisara! Our Shipping & Handling Policy outlines the terms for the delivery of your sterling silver jewellery purchases. By shopping with us, you agree to the following shipping and return terms.
1. Shipping Coverage & Availability
We currently offer shipping across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free shipping for orders over 1199
Express Shipping (1-3 business days): ₹300 flat rate.
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, Baisara is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

7. Return & Refund Policy – 15 Days
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates.
Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
Customized, engraved, or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Video proof may be required.
Process for Returns:
1. Initiate Return: Email us at baisara300@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and shipping label.
3. Return Shipment: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back using the provided shipping label.
4. Inspection: Once received, the item will be inspected within 5 business days.
5. Refund: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

8. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team immediately.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at baisara300@gmail.com
Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item for a prompt resolution.
10. Shipping Responsibility
Baisara is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
